Free Fresh Produce

Bruce Bowles from the Herriman 2nd ward has a bunch of Vegetables that need a home. If you would like any fresh garden veggies. Please contact him at 801-253-2250. He is concerned that the vegetables wont last much longer.

SOUPER SATURDAY

Can you believe that fall is now in the air...which means it is time for our SOUPER SATURDAY!

Okay everyone...SAVE THE DATE, you wont want to miss this. This will take place on October 24 from 10am-2pm. We will have a soup buffet at lunch time.

Look for the display table for the next couple of Sundays. If you just cant wait...here are some of the crafts offered.




HOT/COLD RICE BAG

COST:$3.00 for all materials or $1.00 if you bring your own material and ribbon.

(Fabric rectangle 25x12 inches long. 2 pieces of ribbon 10 inches long.)

Now if you aren't comfortable with sewing...don't you fret, we will have sisters there to help or even sew it for you!



CHILDREN'S NECK TRAVEL PILLOW

SEPTEMBER ACTIVITIES

You ready for this...? Here is the run down for Septembers activities. Please don't feel like you have to come to all. Pick and choose the ones that will fit into your CRAZY schedule!

Temple Sessions and Times:
Tues SEPT 1~ 5am Jordan River Temple Initiatory. Meet at park parking lot.
Tues SEPT 8~ Oquirrh Mtn Temple Session. Meet at 9 am at park parking lot.
Tues SEPT 15~5am Jordan River Temple Initiatory. Meet at park parking lot.
Tues SEPT 22~ Oquirrh Mtn Temple Session. Meet at 9 am at park parking lot.

Walking and Running Groups:
Monday- Thursday 9pm...meet at Tennis Courts. Call your friends and come.

Play Group:
Every Wednesday Mornings 10:30 am. Meet at the 'skate park Playground'. Let the kids play..

Guess Who's Coming to Dinner:
Sept 11, Sept 12, Sept 18, Sept 19. Watch for sign ups or call Shelly Kemp.

Book club:
Sister Merry Haymond will be starting a book club. We will be reading BREAKING DAWN from the TWLIGHT series. We will be meeting the 4th thursday at 7pm at Merry's house.

Cooking with Amy Mansell (Freezer Jam):
Thursday September 3rd. 7-9pm meet at AMYs house. Bring a sample of jam you made...don't forget the recipe.

General R.S. Broadcast:
